Good Hearted is an AI-powered matchmaking service designed to help users find meaningful, long-term relationships. Our AI matchmaker conducts conversations to understand your values, preferences, and relationship goals.

We provide curated matches based on compatibility rather than unlimited swiping. Our goal is to help you find a life partner, not to keep you on the app indefinitely.

Good Hearted operates on a success-based fee model. Unlike subscription-based dating apps, we charge a one-time fee when you find your match. This aligns our interests with yours—we succeed when you succeed.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Good Hearted and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that matches will result in relationships or that the Service will meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. Use caution and common sense when communicating with other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Hearted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Good Hearted operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
